Camp notes

Packed Lunch (Healthy Packed lunch)

Please ensure that your child has a packed lunch, with healthy snack options. We recommend that juice should only be given in the packed lunch with enough bottled water provided for drink breaks throughout the day.
We operate a No NUTS policy. So please ensure that there are no nuts contained within your child's packed lunch.

Lunch will be everyday at 12pm - 1pm. Regular drinks & toilet breaks will be taken throughout the day.

Clothing and Footwear

Children should have clothing appropriate for ALL conditions. Including outdoor rainwear. Whilst there are indoor facilities available for persistent bad weather it will still be necessary for your child to have appropriate clothing.
Footwear should be appropriate for Astroturf (moulded studs) as well as trainers for indoor sports halls.
Shinpads are mandatory. Your child will not be allowed to participate in any contact sports without them so please don't forget them.

Personal Medicine

All coaches are first aid trained and hold enhanced DBS's. However ALL children should have their personal medicinal items with them or taken before arrival for the camp. For example Asthma Pumps should be present with the child upon arrival with all canisters checked that they are full. We will not administer any medicines at our camps, so if your child needs any daily medicines (such as for Hayfever) please ensure this is taken before the session.
